How Flight Club Works

1. Apply to Join

Tell me a bit about your background and goals. If there’s alignment, we’ll hop on a quick call to get to know each other. From there, I’ll either bring you onto Paraform through my agency as a proving ground to help you ramp, build signal, and earn access or, if you're already well-aligned, refer you directly for expedited approval.

2. Start Submitting
​
Once you’re onboarded, you’ll get access to live, VC-backed roles and start submitting candidates. Every submittal is reviewed for quality, context, and fit.

3. Earn Trust and Grow
​
High-quality submissions lead to more opportunity. Top recruiters get looped into premium searches, earn client trust, and build the foundation for long-term success.

4. Join the Community
​
As a member of Flight Club, you’ll get access to the private Discord group, optional office hours, and a peer network focused on support, sourcing, and execution.
